Vernetztes Lernen im 21. Jahrhundert steht für ein Schulkonzept für die Max-Planck Schule in Kiel, das in Ausstattung, Standards und Lehrer-Schüler-Quote eine optimale Bildung ermöglicht. Lebenslanges Lernen soll im Vordergrund stehen. Lernen auch unter Berücksichtigung digitaler Technologien und einer zeitgemäßen Schulpädagogik in angemessenen Lernumgebungen, also agil, hybrid, kollaborativ (Stichwort: Raum als dritter Pädagoge). Digitalisierung, Klimawandel und Migration zwingen uns, unser Urteilsvermögen zu schärfen, unsere Weltoffenheit zu steigern, unsere Lebensart zu überprüfen. Nicht nur mehr zu wissen, Neues zu denken, sondern anders zu leben, neue Verhaltensweisen, neue Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln. Und dafür gibt es, wenn es ein Programm für die ganze Gesellschaft sein soll, nur einen denkbaren Ort: die Schule. Networked learning in the 21st century stands for a school concept for the Max Planck School in Kiel that enables optimal education in terms of equipment, standards and teacher-student ratio. The focus should be on lifelong learning. Learning should also take into account digital technologies and contemporary school pedagogy in appropriate learning environments, i.e. agile, hybrid, collaborative (keyword: space as the third teacher). Digitalization, climate change and migration are forcing us to sharpen our judgement, increase our openness to the world and review our way of life. Not just to know more, to think new things, but to live differently, to develop new behaviors, new skills. And that means practicing. And if it is to be a program for society as a whole, there is only one conceivable place for this: school.
