Sein anskizziertes Buch umfasste willkürliche Seitenformate, Papiere und unter­schiedliche Textlängen, auf denen er Soares Gedanken niederschrieb. Die lose Form der Umsetzung macht das Werk erlebbar. Die vorgeschlagene Reihenfolge kann aufgelöst und vollends in Soares Gedankenstrom eingetaucht werden. In den verschiedenen Papieren bleibt ein Teil Pessoas (Material-)Durcheinanders erhalten. Die Umsetzung besteht aus Titelei, 481 losen Seiten und einem gebundenen Teil mit 88 Seiten. Fernando Pessoa collected the fragments of his work, the Book of Restlessness by assistant bookkeeper Bernardo Soares, in a pile. His sketched book comprised random page formats, papers and different lengths of text on which he wrote down Soares' thoughts. The loose form of the realization makes the work tangible. The suggested order can be broken up and the viewer can immerse themselves completely in Soare's stream of consciousness. Part of Pessoa's (material) disorder is preserved in the various papers. The realization consists of a title page, 481 loose pages and a bound part with 88 pages.
